• UNFILLED PRDUCT: This product comes unfilled like 99% of the dummies on amazon. It can be filled with used clothes, cotton, shredded material, or any filler material easily available from any of the fitness store.

• PRACTICE DUMMY: You can practice most of the games on it, wrestling, judo, BJJ, etc. Most common practices are arm lock, leg lock, defensive positions etc. This is designed as sitting position. However arms and legs are flexible to move when not filled really hard.

• COLOR AND SIZES: This dummy comes in many colors and sizes. Size 40” (Inches) and 47” (Inches) are for kids. Sizes 59” (Inches) and 70” (Inches) are for adults.

• ENFORCED STITCHING: Whole dummy is stitched with thick and strong thread, for more durability it has been stitched twice. Combination of polyester and cotton is used in the fabric to make it more durable.
